Artist Biography
Bryn McConnell is a New Orleans based artist and graduate of Tulane University, where she received her degree in Architecture and Art. She works with a variety of mediums primarily including: paint, collage, textile, and sculpture. Central to her work is the exploration of the human experience and awareness of our body and mind.
​Bryn’s previous experience with classical ballet influences her artistic practice and focuses the lens through which she views the world. Ultimately, Bryn’s work is inspired by motion and personality in all its forms – often invoking spatial manipulation and dreamlike interpretations.
